Really love this product for it's longetviity, mositurizing benefits, ingredients, and above all it works for me. I have to buy mulitples because my husband takes mine for himself.

Not my usual experience

Unfortunately, this item was unusable and I ended up throwing it away. I love your soaps and lotions, however, your lip balm was so hard I couldn't use it. I tried to give it some time to soften, but it never did.

Aww we are sorry to hear that. We rather it not liquify in your purse. In Texas it gets 100 degrees and we ship all over the country. Next time try not rushing & slowly applying it on as it reacts to body heat and it’s not like regular lip balm which is made with chemicals and beef fat tallowate.
